This Photo-shoot is aimed at those in the industry who require a top quality gallery of photos to be used in social media, business branding and marketing.

It’s not easy photographing yourself or your flowers in a funeral/farewell setting due to the obvious delicacy of the occasion.

Let us take the sentimentality of an emotional and sad occasion and create a professional backdrop for you to showcase yourselves and your work.

We will capture you in images not ordinarily available to Celebrants or Farewell Florists.

These images will show you, your branding and your work in personalised staged settings.

Whether a Celebrant or Florist this bespoke photo-shoot gives you the opportunity to stage Farewell settings with your own floral product or branded staging.

The Photographer

Toby Phillips

Toby is a full time experienced portrait, corporate and commercial photographer based in Horsham, West Sussex.

Toby will be prepared to photograph head shots, scenic and stage settings.

Toby is a great communicator and has extensive experience in managing and coordinating shoots with multiple participants. Rest assured everyone will get a piece of him!!!

The photographic equipment that Toby uses is a media format camera. (Phase One IQ4 full format, 150 megapixels and 16 bit colour).

The Make up Artist

Clare Pinkney

Clare is a professional hair and make-up artist who works in Film and TV as well as Corporate and Commercials. She will be on hand to ensure you shine in just the just right way! If you arrive with minimal makeup Clare will do the finishing touches to ensure you are natural and vibrant in your images.

The Venue, Props and Flowers

We have both outdoor and indoor areas here at The Cut Flower Garden and we will set up the areas according to requests and of course the weather. The intention is to be as ‘Outside’ as possible. There will be three different coffins with fixings to attach a garland, and these will be set on woodland trestles.

All participants are free to showcase their own branding or floral work or can use ready prepared floral tributes from The Cut Flower Garden.

Bespoke requests

If you have a specific request for a bespoke setting we will try to accommodate your suggestions and hope that you will share your ideas with other participants.

Price

This cost is for a whole day here at The Cut Flower Garden, including refreshments all day and lunch. Arrive at 9am (staggered start may be in place depending on participant numbers) and you will spend some time with Clare preparing you for your shoot. There will be a variety of eco coffins including two different willow types.

Headshots and indoor barn/workshop based images will also be taken giving you a bank of images for your Social Media and Corporate profiles.

There will be three areas for photo opportunity. Three different coffins and backdrop changes. Both indoor and outdoor locations. The day will allow you to make clothing changes in a changing area as appropriate.

You will be offered your photos electronically both in full high res images and low res version optimised for social media. The cost for 2026 is £485
